Last year in May I told you about Limited Edition Mickey Bars. Well today I went to my local grocery store and I found out that the Mickey Bars have returned!
I noticed that unlike the box from May 2019, the Mickey Bars box does not say limited edition so maybe Mickey Bars are staying in the stores!
Ok now it is time for me to once again review this treat.
The Mickey Bar tastes just like it does in the parks and right now is the best time to eat it because of how hot it is outside.
Mickey Bars have always been one of my favorite snacks in Disney World and the ones at home are no exception! These Mickey Bars deserve 5 Mickey Bars!
If I find any other Disney food in the supermarkets I promise to tell you guys!
Germany is another great pavilion to visit in Epcot!
5. My fifth favorite thing about the Germany pavilion is Glaskunst. This store located outside sells tiaras.
4. If you want an even bigger selection of tiaras than you should go to Kunstarbeit in Kristall.
They even have birthday tiaras! If you would like to learn more about tiaras in the Germany pavilion click here!
3. My third favorite thing in the Germany pavilion is Biergarten. Biergarten is a buffet where you sit with other families. I really like this restaurant and I think the food is pretty good! If you would like to see my full review of this restaurant click here!
2. While you are eating at Biergarten a live band plays music! I really like that live music is played because it gives you something to watch while you eat. Don’t forget to go to DisneywithIzzy on YouTube to watch a video of this live band!
Now my favorite thing to do in the Germany pavilion is go to Die Weihnachtsecke.
This store sells Christmas decorations all year! If you would like to read my blog article about that click here! I feel like just looking at the Christmas decorations can make you happy.
The China pavilion is in my opinion, very relaxing because calming music is played in the pavilion.
5. My fifth favorite thing to do is eat at Nine Dragons Restaurant. When I went to this restaurant two years ago I had Salt and Pepper Shrimp with a strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was REALLY GOOD!!
4. I also enjoy watching The Jeweled Dragon Acrobats. This show is a live performance and is performed by kids!
3. Another thing I really like to do in the China pavilion is just look around at the beautiful buildings and peaceful looking lily pads. You should try just walking around in the China pavilion. It really is calming.
2. China, like the Canada and France pavilions, also has its own show called Reflections on China. This indoor 360 Circle-Vision Show explores the monuments of China by showing you images. This show will teach you a lot about China.
House Of Good Fortune is a huge store in the China pavilion that sells jade carvings, stuffed animal pandas, Chinese lanterns, and pieces of crystals just to name a few! This store even made my list of My Top Five Favorite Stores In Epcot’s World Showcase. You should definitely check out this store and that blog article!
The Japan pavilion is one of my favorite pavilions to visit in Epcot.
5. My fifth favorite thing to do is look at Mitsukoshi kiosk. This little kiosk is tiny but it’s fun to look at. This kiosk sells fans, t-shirts, and Minnie Ears with the Japanese flag.
4. My fourth favorite thing to do is watch Matsuriza perform Japanese Taiko Drumming. This performance happens several times a day and you can hear the drumming from everywhere in the Japan pavilion.
3. My third favorite thing is Teppan Edo. Teppan Edo is a restaurant where the chefs cook the food in front of you. Last time I went to Teppan Edo I had Ebi, which is 10 grilled shrimp served with a garden salad, udon noodles, vegetables, and steamed white rice. All the food tasted delicious!
2. Bijutsu-kan Gallery is a display that teaches you about Kawaii, Japan’s cute culture. The display is really well made and it’s interesting to learn about how Kawaii is used.
My favorite thing to do in the Japan pavilion is the ginormous store, Mitsukoshi. I could look around in that store for hours! Mitsukoshi has fans, books to help you learn Japanese, Japanese candy, and much much more! Everything in Mitsukoshi is from Japan too!
If you are going to the Japan pavilion don’t forget to try these things!
Fantasyland is in Magic Kingdom and is home to one of my favorite restaurants in Disney World! Fantasyland also has two different areas located inside, one is called Storybook Circus and the other one is called the Enchanted Forest.
Rides: The rides located in Storybook Circus are The Barnstormer and Dumbo The Flying Elephant.
The Barnstormer is a roller coaster made for kids because the drop isn’t that high. I really like this ride though my only complaint is that this ride is really short. (Less than a minute!) Dumbo The Flying Elephant is a fun ride where you get to ride Dumbo high in the sky and you get a great view of Magic Kingdom!
The ride in the Enchanted Forest is Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid. This ride tells you the story of the Little Mermaid.
The other rides in Fantasyland are It’s A Small World, Mad Tea Party, Peter Pan’s Flight, Prince Charming Regal Carousel, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Winnie the Pooh.
On “It’s A Small World” you ride in a boat and dolls all around you sing “It’s A Small World”. The coolest part is that all the dolls are from around the world and sing in their language. Warning: This song WILL get stuck in your head!
Mad Tea Party is a ride where you sit in a large teacup and spin around and around. I have never done this ride because I don’t want to get sick.
On Peter Pan’s Flight you get to fly in the sky and fly past mermaids, London, and an epic battle between Peter Pan and Captain Hook.
Prince Charming Regal Carousel is a Cinderella themed carousel. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a roller coaster and it is really fun!
The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh is a ride where you meet everyone from the Hundred Acre Woods and learn the wonderful thing about Tigger.
Entertainment: Enchanted Tales With Belle is in the Enchanted Forest and you can take part in the show! You can play the characters from the movie Beauty and the Beast. Mickey’s PhilharMagic is a show where Donald Duck steals Mickey Mouse’s hat and winds up in other Disney movies!
Food: Cinderella’s Royal Table is a restaurant located inside Cinderella’s castle. While you eat, you meet Disney princesses.
Be Our Guest is one of my favorite restaurants in Disney World! Located in the Enchanted Forest, you get to eat inside Beauty and the Beast’s castle and the food is really good! (You can read my review of Be Our Guest here!)
Gaston’s Tavern in the Enchanted Forest serves Warm Cinnamon Rolls, Roasted Pork Shank, Chocolate Croissants, and many other snacks! The inside of Gaston’s Tavern is created to look just like the tavern in the movie.
Pinocchio Village Haus has seating with a view of “It’s A Small World” and through out the restaurant there are murals from Pinocchio.
Storybook Treats serves ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes. Cheshire Cafe also serves snacks like the Cheshire Cat Tail. The Friar’s Nook serves macaroni and cheese and hot dogs.
Shopping: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a shop where if you are a girl between the ages of 3 and 12 you can dress up as your favorite princess. Boys can be dressed up as knights. Big Top Souvenirs is where you will find Storybook Circus merchandise. I have been inside this store and it is huge!
Bonjour! Village Gifts in the Enchanted Forest sells Beauty and the Beast merchandise. Fantasy Faire is located next to Mickeys PhilharMagic and they have a big selection of Minnie Ears. Hundred Acre Woods sells Winnie The Pooh merchandise. Sir Mickey’s sells hats and snow globes. Tinker Bell’s Treasures sells princess merchandise.
Now you know about what rides, entertainment, food, and shopping are in Fantasyland!
Usually, the Food and Wine Festival takes place in the fall but this year it began when Epcot reopened on July 15. (If you would like to read about what rides and entertainment are now open in Epcot click here!)
This year is the longest Food and Wine Festival, lasting from now until the fall. The best part is that Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival is also happening! The newest garden edition is Remy in the France pavilion and Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak Scavenger Hunt is back.
The Eat To The Beat Concert Series is a show where bands at the America Gardens Theater play their biggest hits! Unfortunately though, because of social distancing, The Eat To The Beat Concert is not making an appearance this year.
There is still music because at America Garden Theater local, Epcot entertainment is featuring Mariachi Cobre, the JAMMitors, and more.
You can choose to eat at over 20 stands around the world including Hawaii, the Islands in the Caribbean, and Hops and Barley.
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party will not be happening this year and if you would like to read more about that than click here!
This post is a part of the My Top Five Favorite Things series and today I will be talking about my top five favorite restaurants in Epcot’s World Showcase.
5. My fifth favorite restaurant is Spice Road Table in the Morocco pavilion. This restaurant has great outdoor seating where you get a nice view of the World Showcase Lagoon. I always get the Mix Grill Skewers. That is marinated beef and chicken, with garlic and fresh herbs with rosemary roasted potatoes. It is really good. If you would like to see my full review of Spice Road Table click here!
4. My fourth favorite restaurant in Epcot’s World Showcase is Chefs de France in the France pavilion. This restaurant has a great view of the acrobat show outside. I had the Gratin de Macaroni. It’s really good! If you would like to read my full review of Chefs de France then click here!
3. Teppan Edo in the Japan pavilion is a really interesting place to eat because the chef makes your food right in front of you! You can read my full review of Teppan Edo here!
2. My second favorite restaurant in the World Showcase is Tutto Italia Ristorante in the Italy pavilion. I had lasagna here and it was really good!!! If you want to read about my full review of Tutto Italia Ristorante click here!
My favorite restaurant in the entire World Showcase is San Angel Inn Restaurante in the Mexico pavilion. I always have the Queso Fundido. That is melted cheese topped with peppers, onions, and chorizo with flour tortillas on the side. The cheese is AMAZING!!!! Click here to read my full review of San Angel Inn!
If you are looking for a restaurant to eat at in the World Showcase then I would really recommend to try these five restaurants! You won’t be disappointed!
Today I will be telling you my favorite things to do in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom.
5. My fifth favorite thing to do in Adventureland is The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. On this ride you get to fly on a magic carpet and choose if you want to go up or down. My favorite thing about this ride is if you fly your magic carpet really high you have a great view of all of Adventureland! Another thing that I really like about this ride is how the camels that surrond the ride squirt water at you!
4. My fourth favorite thing to do in Adventureland is The Enchanted Tiki Room. If you are tired of being around a lot of people or just need to get away from the sun then I really recommend to try out this show. The Enchanted Tiki Room is a show with singing auto-animation birds. I really like this show because I like how unique and different it is. (If you would like to see my full review of this show click here!)
3. My third favorite thing to do is go on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. This boat ride shows you what it’s like to be a pirate. My favorite part about this ride is how Jack Sparrow makes an appearance three times and there is a tiny drop at the beginning of the ride.
2. My second favorite thing to do is go on the Jungle Cruise. On this ride you get to see fake animals. I like this ride because every time it is different because of your tour guide. The tour guide tells jokes.
1.My favorite thing to do in Adventureland is to go to Aloha Isle Refreshments and get the Dole Whip! (If you would like to see my full Dole Whip review click here!) This treat is delicious! A Dole Whip is a pineapple soft serve ice cream that you can get as an ice cream or a float. The best thing about this treat is how cold it is. (If you would like to learn how to make the Dole Whip while you are at home click here!)
Next time you are in Adventureland you should try these rides, show, and treat!
