I first talked about how you can get Mickey Bars from your local supermarkets back in August, and recently I found Mickey Mouse Cookies And Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches at my local supermarket!
I was so excited! They were actually located right next to the Mickey Bars, so I think Mickey Bars are staying in supermarkets!
The Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich is one of my favorite snacks at Disney World, so I had high expectations for it. The Mickey Mouse Cookies And Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches were good, but I had one problem.
There wasn’t enough ice cream in between the two cookies. I felt like I was eating more cookie than ice cream. I give Mickey Mouse Cookies And Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches 4 Mickey Bars!
I still would recommend getting this and the Mickey Bars from your local supermarket!
Disney World is home to some amazing snacks! Here is a list of five snacks in Disney World I think you should definitely try. All of these snacks are 5 Mickey Bars.
5. I really enjoyed the Tiger Tail Chocolate Twist at Isle of Java. As soon as you bite into this treat you get a mouthful of chocolate. The outside has orange and brown frosting. I think you should try the Tiger Tail Twist while you are in Animal Kingdom.
4. The crepes in the France pavilion are really good! What is really cool about these crepes is as soon as you order your crepes they start making them. Last time I went to Disney World, I had the chocolate crepe. When I bit into it, it was still hot. You can get different flavor crepes at Crêpes des Chefs de France .
3. School Bread is a delicious snack in the Norway pavilion. School Bread is a sweet roll with a custard filling and dipped in coconut. School Bread is amazing! You can find this treat at Kringla Bakeri og Kafe .
2. You should get the Dole Whip! A Dole Whip is a pineapple soft serve ice cream. I don’t like pineapple, but somehow I think the Dole Whip is delicious. You can get the Dole Whip at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom.
I of course recommend getting the Mickey Bar! A Mickey Bar is a frozen vanilla ice cream with a hard chocolate shell on the outside shaped like Mickey’s face and ears. This is a very popular snack at Disney World and you can buy it at any ice cream cart in Disney World.
I hope this list helped you find snacks to buy on your Disney World trip.
Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is in the France pavilion and every time I go to Disney World I go to this bakery!
This bakery is filled with different pastries such as eclairs, Napoleons, and chocolate tarts. Just being inside Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie makes me happy!
Every time I go, I get the macarons!
These always taste delicious. It might have to do with because you are in the France pavilion and that is why the macarons always taste so good!
The macarons deserve 5 Mickey Bars!
If you are looking for a snack while in the World Showcase you should definitely get the macarons!
The France pavilion is a pavilion with a lot of things to do!
5. The France pavilion has a show called Impressions De France. This show is NOT a 360 Vision show like the ones in the China and Canada pavilions. My only complaint is this show is a little outdated.
4. My fourth favorite thing is the acrobat show outside. This show happens outside of Chefs de France. I really like this show and I would recommend watching it!
3. There is a tiny stand called Crepes Des Chefs De France that sells amazing crepes! The best part is that the crepes are still warm when you eat them! You can read my review of this stand here.
2. I have to tell you now about the pastries at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie! Located inside of Les Halles, you can choose from many different pastries. I always get the macrons because they are delicious!
I really like the French restaurant called Chefs De France. I went to this restaurant last year and I really enjoyed my food. You can read my review of Chefs De France here.
I hope you decide to check out these shows, snacks, and restaurant because I really recommend them!
Last year in May I told you about Limited Edition Mickey Bars. Well today I went to my local grocery store and I found out that the Mickey Bars have returned!
I noticed that unlike the box from May 2019, the Mickey Bars box does not say limited edition so maybe Mickey Bars are staying in the stores!
Ok now it is time for me to once again review this treat.
The Mickey Bar tastes just like it does in the parks and right now is the best time to eat it because of how hot it is outside.
Mickey Bars have always been one of my favorite snacks in Disney World and the ones at home are no exception! These Mickey Bars deserve 5 Mickey Bars!
If I find any other Disney food in the supermarkets I promise to tell you guys!
Fantasyland is in Magic Kingdom and is home to one of my favorite restaurants in Disney World! Fantasyland also has two different areas located inside, one is called Storybook Circus and the other one is called the Enchanted Forest.
Rides: The rides located in Storybook Circus are The Barnstormer and Dumbo The Flying Elephant.
The Barnstormer is a roller coaster made for kids because the drop isn’t that high. I really like this ride though my only complaint is that this ride is really short. (Less than a minute!) Dumbo The Flying Elephant is a fun ride where you get to ride Dumbo high in the sky and you get a great view of Magic Kingdom!
The ride in the Enchanted Forest is Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid. This ride tells you the story of the Little Mermaid.
The other rides in Fantasyland are It’s A Small World, Mad Tea Party, Peter Pan’s Flight, Prince Charming Regal Carousel, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Winnie the Pooh.
On “It’s A Small World” you ride in a boat and dolls all around you sing “It’s A Small World”. The coolest part is that all the dolls are from around the world and sing in their language. Warning: This song WILL get stuck in your head!
Mad Tea Party is a ride where you sit in a large teacup and spin around and around. I have never done this ride because I don’t want to get sick.
On Peter Pan’s Flight you get to fly in the sky and fly past mermaids, London, and an epic battle between Peter Pan and Captain Hook.
Prince Charming Regal Carousel is a Cinderella themed carousel. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a roller coaster and it is really fun!
The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh is a ride where you meet everyone from the Hundred Acre Woods and learn the wonderful thing about Tigger.
Entertainment: Enchanted Tales With Belle is in the Enchanted Forest and you can take part in the show! You can play the characters from the movie Beauty and the Beast. Mickey’s PhilharMagic is a show where Donald Duck steals Mickey Mouse’s hat and winds up in other Disney movies!
Food: Cinderella’s Royal Table is a restaurant located inside Cinderella’s castle. While you eat, you meet Disney princesses.
Be Our Guest is one of my favorite restaurants in Disney World! Located in the Enchanted Forest, you get to eat inside Beauty and the Beast’s castle and the food is really good! (You can read my review of Be Our Guest here!)
Gaston’s Tavern in the Enchanted Forest serves Warm Cinnamon Rolls, Roasted Pork Shank, Chocolate Croissants, and many other snacks! The inside of Gaston’s Tavern is created to look just like the tavern in the movie.
Pinocchio Village Haus has seating with a view of “It’s A Small World” and through out the restaurant there are murals from Pinocchio.
Storybook Treats serves ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes. Cheshire Cafe also serves snacks like the Cheshire Cat Tail. The Friar’s Nook serves macaroni and cheese and hot dogs.
Shopping: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a shop where if you are a girl between the ages of 3 and 12 you can dress up as your favorite princess. Boys can be dressed up as knights. Big Top Souvenirs is where you will find Storybook Circus merchandise. I have been inside this store and it is huge!
Bonjour! Village Gifts in the Enchanted Forest sells Beauty and the Beast merchandise. Fantasy Faire is located next to Mickeys PhilharMagic and they have a big selection of Minnie Ears. Hundred Acre Woods sells Winnie The Pooh merchandise. Sir Mickey’s sells hats and snow globes. Tinker Bell’s Treasures sells princess merchandise.
Now you know about what rides, entertainment, food, and shopping are in Fantasyland!
Today I will be telling you my favorite things to do in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom.
5. My fifth favorite thing to do in Adventureland is The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. On this ride you get to fly on a magic carpet and choose if you want to go up or down. My favorite thing about this ride is if you fly your magic carpet really high you have a great view of all of Adventureland! Another thing that I really like about this ride is how the camels that surrond the ride squirt water at you!
4. My fourth favorite thing to do in Adventureland is The Enchanted Tiki Room. If you are tired of being around a lot of people or just need to get away from the sun then I really recommend to try out this show. The Enchanted Tiki Room is a show with singing auto-animation birds. I really like this show because I like how unique and different it is. (If you would like to see my full review of this show click here!)
3. My third favorite thing to do is go on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. This boat ride shows you what it’s like to be a pirate. My favorite part about this ride is how Jack Sparrow makes an appearance three times and there is a tiny drop at the beginning of the ride.
2. My second favorite thing to do is go on the Jungle Cruise. On this ride you get to see fake animals. I like this ride because every time it is different because of your tour guide. The tour guide tells jokes.
1.My favorite thing to do in Adventureland is to go to Aloha Isle Refreshments and get the Dole Whip! (If you would like to see my full Dole Whip review click here!) This treat is delicious! A Dole Whip is a pineapple soft serve ice cream that you can get as an ice cream or a float. The best thing about this treat is how cold it is. (If you would like to learn how to make the Dole Whip while you are at home click here!)
Next time you are in Adventureland you should try these rides, show, and treat!
I have another quick and easy recipe you can make at home! The Peanut Butter and Jelly Milkshake is served at 50’s Prime Time Cafe and on the Disney Parks Blog they posted the recipe for it!
Okay here is the recipe for the Peanut Butter and Jelly Milkshake:
Ingredients Needed:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons jelly (strawberry or grape)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add additional peanut butter or jelly to taste.
Two cups of sliced strawberries can be substituted for jelly. (I did not try this.)
Yes it’s only two steps! This milkshake is DELICIOUS!!!! You can really taste the peanut butter and jelly. If you really like peanut butter you will love this milkshake!
I give this recipe 5 Mickey Bars!! This recipe will not disappoint you! Do you want to learn how to make other Disney recipes at home?
