This Is Where You Get Nice Views Of Fantasyland

Disney World can get very hectic, so it is important to take breaks. I am going to be telling you where you can get great views of Fantasyland, specifically Prince Charming Regal Carrousel and Cinderella’s Castle.

Can you guess where this is?

Pinocchio Village Haus! Pinocchio Village Haus is a quick service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

The only problem is that this restaurant is ALWAYS crowded. When we went we had a hard time finding a seat, so we had to sit on the balcony in the corner.

I also could not see this view from where I was sitting. I had to get up and move closer, but I still found it worth it!

You get to take great pictures of Prince Charming Regal Carrousel with Cinderella’s Castle in the background.

My Top Five Favorite Things To Do When It Is Raining In Fantasyland

Fantasyland is probably my favorite land in Magic Kingdom because you can do so much in it even if it is raining.

5. My fifth favorite thing to do is watch the show Mickey’s PhilarMagic. This show is indoors and Donald Duck steals Mickey Mouse’s hat and is suddenly in other Disney movies! When the show is over you don’t have to go back outside because there is a gift shop.

4. My fourth favorite is The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh. In this ride you get to visit Winnie the Pooh and friends! This ride is great to do while it is raining because when you are done there is also a Winnie and the Pooh themed gift shop.

3. Under The Sea: Journey Of The Little Mermaid is a ride that tells you the story of the Little Mermaid. I really enjoy this ride and even better, it is INDOORS!!

2. Big Top Souvenirs is a ginormous store that sells Story Book mercandise. Even if you don’t want to buy anything you can still look inside of the store and you will be dry!

  1. If you have been reading my blog for a while then you know that I love Be Our Guest. At this restaurant you eat at Beauty and The Beast’s castle. You can choose from three themed rooms and it is a great way to stay indoors while it rains in Fantasyland.

I hope you enjoyed my list and I hope it helps you while it rains in Fantasyland!

A Beginner’s Guide To Fantasyland

Fantasyland is in Magic Kingdom and is home to one of my favorite restaurants in Disney World! Fantasyland also has two different areas located inside, one is called Storybook Circus and the other one is called the Enchanted Forest.

Rides: The rides located in Storybook Circus are The Barnstormer and Dumbo The Flying Elephant.

The Barnstormer is a roller coaster made for kids because the drop isn’t that high. I really like this ride though my only complaint is that this ride is really short. (Less than a minute!) Dumbo The Flying Elephant is a fun ride where you get to ride Dumbo high in the sky and you get a great view of Magic Kingdom!

The ride in the Enchanted Forest is Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid. This ride tells you the story of the Little Mermaid.

The other rides in Fantasyland are It’s A Small World, Mad Tea Party, Peter Pan’s Flight, Prince Charming Regal Carousel, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Winnie the Pooh.

On “It’s A Small World” you ride in a boat and dolls all around you sing “It’s A Small World”. The coolest part is that all the dolls are from around the world and sing in their language. Warning: This song WILL get stuck in your head!

Mad Tea Party is a ride where you sit in a large teacup and spin around and around. I have never done this ride because I don’t want to get sick.

On Peter Pan’s Flight you get to fly in the sky and fly past mermaids, London, and an epic battle between Peter Pan and Captain Hook.

Prince Charming Regal Carousel is a Cinderella themed carousel. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a roller coaster and it is really fun!

The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh is a ride where you meet everyone from the Hundred Acre Woods and learn the wonderful thing about Tigger.

Entertainment: Enchanted Tales With Belle is in the Enchanted Forest and you can take part in the show! You can play the characters from the movie Beauty and the Beast. Mickey’s PhilharMagic is a show where Donald Duck steals Mickey Mouse’s hat and winds up in other Disney movies!

Food: Cinderella’s Royal Table is a restaurant located inside Cinderella’s castle. While you eat, you meet Disney princesses.

Be Our Guest is one of my favorite restaurants in Disney World! Located in the Enchanted Forest, you get to eat inside Beauty and the Beast’s castle and the food is really good! (You can read my review of Be Our Guest here!)

The ballroom in Beauty and the Beast’s castle.

Gaston’s Tavern in the Enchanted Forest serves Warm Cinnamon Rolls, Roasted Pork Shank, Chocolate Croissants, and many other snacks! The inside of Gaston’s Tavern is created to look just like the tavern in the movie.

Pinocchio Village Haus has seating with a view of “It’s A Small World” and through out the restaurant there are murals from Pinocchio.

Inside of Pinocchio Village Haus.

Storybook Treats serves ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes. Cheshire Cafe also serves snacks like the Cheshire Cat Tail. The Friar’s Nook serves macaroni and cheese and hot dogs.

Shopping: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a shop where if you are a girl between the ages of 3 and 12 you can dress up as your favorite princess. Boys can be dressed up as knights. Big Top Souvenirs is where you will find Storybook Circus merchandise. I have been inside this store and it is huge!

Bonjour! Village Gifts in the Enchanted Forest sells Beauty and the Beast merchandise. Fantasy Faire is located next to Mickeys PhilharMagic and they have a big selection of Minnie Ears. Hundred Acre Woods sells Winnie The Pooh merchandise. Sir Mickey’s sells hats and snow globes. Tinker Bell’s Treasures sells princess merchandise.

Now you know about what rides, entertainment, food, and shopping are in Fantasyland!

Christmas Is Coming To Magic Kingdom

If you’re a Disney Passholder then Disney has already sent or is going to send you this book.

This cover is so pretty!

If you’re not a Disney Passholder, no worries! I am going to tell you about what is coming to Disney World this Christmas! I am going to do separate articles on Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Disney Springs.

A couple months ago I already told you about what is coming to Animal Kingdom this Christmas. If you missed that article click here!

Minnie now has her own fireworks show! Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will definitely get you in the Christmas spirit with pretty colors and carols.

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks!

You can see the fireworks show in Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tommorrowland. Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will be a part of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas. You can see the fireworks from now until December 22, 2019.

The Rides and Attractions That Are No Longer In Disney World Part 1

Minnie’s House!

Disney World gets rid of rides and attractions very often, usually to replace them with new ones. Here is a list of rides and attractions that I have been to that are no longer in Disney World.

Mickey’s and Minnie’s House were attractions in the Magic Kingdom when I was a toddler. You could basically walk inside and look around Mickey’s house and you could do the same with Minnie’s. It was removed to make room for the new Fantasyland.

Mickey’s Bedroom!

Maelstorm was a ride in the Norway pavilion. It was a boat ride with creepy trolls. Frozen Ever After is now where Maelstorm used to be.

Snow White’s Scary Adventure is a ride I never went on because I was little and heard the ride was very scary. Fantasyland is now where Snow White’s Scary Adventure was.

Ellen’s Energy Ride was a very slow ride in Epcot that made my dad fall asleep. You traveled back in time with Ellen and visited dinosaurs. A Guardian’s of the Galaxy ride is under construction where Ellen’s Energy Ride was.

My Favorite Restaurant at Magic Kingdom

My favorite restaurant at Magic Kingdom is Be Our Guest.  At Be Our Guest Restaurant you get to experience eating at the Beast and Belle’s castle!  You get to choose where you want to sit from three themed rooms: the ballroom, the Beast’s room or the library.  My favorite is the ballroom because it looks exactly like it does in the movie and also because if you look out the windows, it’s snowing!

If you go for dinner, at the end of the meal you get to meet the Beast and take a picture with him.  I like to go at lunch.  Since I am eleven years old, I order from the adult menu.  My favorite is the Croque Monsieur (the ham and cheese sandwich).  It’s delicious!  For dessert I have the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake.  Yum!  I would totally recommend this restaurant.

The Croque Monsieur and the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake. Yum!

My Top 5 Favorite Rides at Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is my favorite park because it has the most rides.  My favorite ride is Space Mountain, which is located in Tomorrowland.  The ride is in the dark and has sudden drops and turns. Too young for Space Mountain?  My second favorite ride, Big Thunder Mountain, may be for you. Big Thunder Mountain is located in Frontierland.  The ride is outside and has lots of curves. My third favorite ride is The Jungle Cruise. How amazing your ride is depends on your tour guide.  On the Jungle Cruise you ride in a boat while seeing amazing fake animals.

My fourth favorite ride at Magic Kingdom is Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. This ride is short and is located in Fantasyland.  Here you can take a trip through the mines but still ride a roller coaster.

My fifth favorite is Pirates of the Caribbean. Now you can take a trip with the pirates. Keep an eye out for Captain Jack Sparrow!  He appears at least three times during the ride.
