How Similar Is The Italy Pavilion To Venice, Italy?

This summer I went to Italy and one of the cities I visited was Venice. This made me wonder how similar the Italy pavilion in Epcot looks compared to Venice, Italy.

I think Epcot did a great job replicating what Venice looks like. There was so much attention to detail and even though it was my first time in Venice, I felt like I had been there before because of how similar the Italy pavilion looks. It is even hard to tell which pictures are from Epcot and which ones are from Italy!
