The NBA Experience will open on August 12, 2019 in Disney Springs. We have some details for you here on Disneywithizzy! You will be able to do hands on activities in basketball. It will have thirteen interactive elements as well as hands on activities over 44,000 square feet and two floors.
When you arrive you will feel like you’re walking through the same tunnel as the basketball players. A ticket also lets you do any activity! You will also be able to learn about the teams, players and games.
Here are a couple of the activities:
- A slam dunk challenge where you can change the height of a standard 10-foot hoop to 7 feet so you can perform your own superstar moves, all captured by burst photography.
- An activity that tests shooting skills with spots on the court that make it light up as you try to make as many shots as you can in 15 seconds.
