Kringla Bakeri og Kafe Review

Kringla Bakeri og Kafe is a Norwegian bakery located in the Norway pavilion.

I just came back from a trip to Disney World and went to Kringla Bakeri og Kafe for the first time! Did I like it? Keep reading to find out!

Here is the menu.

If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat I would recommend heading to Kringla Bakeri og Kafe. This bakery has cupcakes, Kringla (pretzels), cookies, cheesecake, and more.

This cookie looks HUGE!!

I tried the School Bread. This is a sweet roll with a custard filling and dipped in coconut.

The delicious School Bread!

If you eat the sweet roll, custard, and coconut all together it tastes really good! If you just eat a piece of the bread though it’s dry. I would recommend getting the School Bread.

The inside of the School Bread.

In Norway, School Bread was packed in school lunches for dessert or was sold at bake sales. That’s how it got its name.

My brother got the Springtime Lemon Cheesecake.

The Springtime Lemon Cheesecake!

Cheesecake is my favorite dessert so I LOVED it! My brother liked it to. We would also recommend this dessert especially if you love cheesecake.

My dad got the Almond Kringla. He said it was really good but it was dry so you should get something to drink with it.

The Almond Kringla!

I give Kringla Bakeri og Kafe 5 Mickey bars.

So many choices!

My Top Five Favorite Rides In Epcot

My first article ever was My Top Five Favorite Rides In Magic Kingdom. (If you want to see that article click here!) I thought it would be a good idea do it with Epcot.

My favorite ride in Epcot is Test Track. You get to design your own car and test it out. (For a Test Track review click here!)

My second favorite ride is Soarin’. Soarin’ is located in the Land pavilion and on the ride you are lifted off the ground and it actually feels like you are Soarin’ around the world. Here is a tip: if you eat an early breakfast at Garden Grill (for a Garden Grill review click here!), you can go to Soarin’ right after breakfast and get on the ride before it gets a huge line.

My third favorite ride is Spaceship Earth. On Spaceship Earth you learn the history of communication from caveman to modern times. At the end you even make a video about the future. Here is one of mine:

If you liked this video don’t forget to go to my DisneywithIzzy channel on YouTube and subscribe! Subscribing means you get to know when I post a new video!!

My fourth favorite ride is Mission: Space. On Mission: Space you go on a mission for NASA. You can either do the green level that I always do or the orange level. The orange level is more intense and it goes upside down so you might get sick.

Mission Space!
Inside Mission Space!

My fifth favorite ride is Frozen Ever After. Frozen Ever After is located in the Norway pavilion and is a fun boat ride with a drop that follows the story of Frozen.

The animatronics on the Frozen ride are incredible!

Biergarten Review

Biergarten is a restaurant located in the Germany pavilion in Epcot. (For a review of the Germany pavilion click here!)

Biergarten is a buffet restaurant. A buffet is when you walk up and get the food yourself. Not only does Biergarten have a large selection of lunch and dinner foods, it also has a large selection of desserts too! (For a list of foods at Biergarten, click here!)

While you’re eating a live band plays as well. I think this band is really good!

You also eat with another family at the table in addition to your own.

Overall I think Biergarten is a VERY cool restaurant because it has a large variety of food and great entertainment.

I give Biergarten five Mickey Bars!

O’Canada in Epcot is Closing for Refurbishment

The O’Canada! show will close August 1 and will be closed during the Food and Wine Festival.

O’Canada! will get new footage and a new projection update. I think O’Canada is great just the way it is but I trust Disney with making the film even better.

O’Canada! is located in the Canada pavilion. For a review on the Canada pavilion click here!) O’Canada! is a 360 Circle Vision show like the one in the China pavilion.

Do you think O’Canada! needs to be refurbished?

Rose and Crown Dining Room Review

Rose and Crown Dining Room is located in the United Kingdom Pavilion. (For a review of the United Kingdom, click here!)

Rose and Crown has indoor and outdoor seating. I enjoy seating outside because you get a great view of the World Showcases Lagoon. One time it was storming while we were eating outside at Rose and Crown and the Cast Members pulled down these plastic covers to protect us from the rain. (There was thunder and lightning too!)

The rain is just starting!
Now the screen is pulled down, but it was raining hard and windy!
The rest of the meal was with the closed screen.

I had fish and chips. In the United Kingdom chips are French fries. The fish and chips are really good! I recommend trying them. My mom had the Shepherd’s Pie and said she loved it. For dessert I had the English Trifle. It has layers of strawberries, vanilla custard, graham crackers, and whipped cream with Mickey Mouse Sprinkles.

The kid size Fish and Chips!
An adult Fish and Chips!

If you make a reservation to go to Rose and Crown for dinner at 8:30 pm or later, you have a great view of the fireworks.

In the background you can see the fireworks being set up on the World Showcase Lagoon.

I give Rose and Crown five Mickey Bars.

A new Japanese restaurant is coming to Epcot this summer. It is going to be called Takumi-Tei.

It will have five rooms that each are inspired by nature: water, washi paper, earth, wood and stone.

Must wear slacks or dress shorts and collared shirts.

Jeans are allowed if in good condition.

Allowed for girls:

Must wear Capri pants, skirts, dresses or dress shorts.

Jeans are allowed if in good condition.

This restaurant sounds very interesting! For more information on the Japan Pavilion at Epcot, click here.

Teppan Edo Review

At Teppan Edo, the chefs cook right in front of you!

On my last trip to Disney World we went to Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion. (To learn more about the Japan Pavilion click here!)

You sit with another family as the chef cooks in front of you. It’s really cool to see the chef cook the food!

The volcano!

I had Ebi. Ebi is 10 grilled shrimp served with a garden salad, udon noodles, vegetables, and steamed white rice. For the full menu, click here.

Everything was delicious and I love watching the chefs cook. I give Teppan Edo five Mickey Bars!!

Hope you are hungry!

If you are going to visit the Japan Pavilion, don’t forget to visit Teppan Edo!

Paint Your Own Mask Activity Is Now In Epcot’s Italy Pavilion

You have probably seen the beautiful Venetian Masks in the Italy pavilion or you might have possibly bought one. Now you can paint your own unique mask!

You can choose either a resin mask or a papiermache mask. Your parents can join in on the fun too!

The Italy Pavilion has lots of great snacks!

The masks take 15-20 minutes to dry when you have finished painting. Snack break!!! How about some delicious gelato? If you don’t want to wait for your mask to dry you can always have them delivered to the front of the park or delivered to your Disney resort. This activity sounds awesome!

The New Things Happening at Epcot

Every year Disney World changes something about their parks.  Here is a list of some of the changes happening to Epcot.

So many new surprises at Epcot!

Now let’s talk about the pavilions.  Over in the France Pavilion, Disney is building Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, but it won’t be open until the spring of 2020.  This ride is actually open in Disneyland Paris already.  Also in the France Pavilion there is going to be a Beauty and the Beast Sing-a-long.  It will alternate with Impressions de France, the show that is currently in the France Pavilion.  In Canada, the show “O’ Canada” is going to be getting a makeover.  In the Japan Pavilion, Disney is opening another table service restaurant.

First of all, the Disney Skyliner will open in the Fall of 2019.  It will be a transportation network high in the sky that will take you from Pop Century, Art of Animation, Caribbean Beach and the upcoming Disney Riviera resort to the International Gateway at Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  I’m excited!  Illuminations unfortunately is being replaced by Epcot Forever, a new night time show that will be playing 80’s music.

Calling all Mission Space fans!  A space themed restaurant is opening near Mission Space in 2020.

Mission Space!

I am really excited about these updates and am looking forward to seeing the rides, restaurants, skyliners and Epcot Forever this year and 2020!

A Beginner’s Guide to Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival

Mickey, Minnie and Pluto!

This year the 2019 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival dates are March 6-June 3, 2019.

The Three Caballeros!

If you’re going to Disney World between these dates then you will see the beautiful Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. The Flower and Garden Festival shows some outstanding garden work that makes the plants look like Disney characters: Lightning McQueen, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Pluto are all found at the entrance, Buzz Lightyear is at Mission Space and The Three Caballeros are at the Mexico pavilion.

Woody…

The Garden Passport is free and helps you find the Outdoor Kitchens and has scavenger hunts. It’s really cool! The Outdoor Kitchens are all around the World Showcase Lagoon. They have food for you while you’re at the Flower and Garden Festival.

… and Buzz Lightyear (in front of Mission Space)!

The Garden Rocks Concert now performs nightly! Best part? It’s free with Epcot admission!

Scenes from The Lion King!

The Egg-stravaganza Scavenger Hunt takes place April 5-April 21. You can buy a map and stickers and look for Disney character eggs.

Bambi and friends!

The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is definitely something worth seeing. Don’t forget to take lots of pictures!
