Via Napoli is a restaurant in the Italy pavilion that serves oven cooked pizzas.
The three ovens are named after volcanoes that are found in Italy.
We were seated next to a window and this was the view from our seats.
Via Napoli does not just sell pizzas, but most people get pizzas when they go. Some of the other meals you can get include salads or pasta.
The pizzas come in three different sizes: individual, large, and a mezzo metro (half a meter).
We ordered a mezzo metro, half Margherita and half Quattro Formaggi.
My favorite was the Margherita. The sauce tasted sweet and I felt like there was just the right amount of mozzarella.
I liked the Quattro Formaggi as well. The different cheeses tasted perfect together.
You might be wondering, why are the pizzas at Via Napoli so delicious? There is actually a reason why. The water in Florida is not good enough for pizza dough. Instead, Via Napoli imports water that has a high Alkaline content from two special springs from other places in The United States that is similar to the water in Naples.
That is not the only thing that makes these pizzas so good. The flour that is used and San Marzano Tomatoes are imported from Italy.
I give Via Napoli 5 Mickey Bars!
