Bored At Home? You Can Play Trivia Games On The Play Disney App

First I told you about how to draw Mickey Mouse and how to make a frozen pineapple treat. Now I have found even more fun Disney activities you can do while you are stuck at home!

The Play Disney Parks app has many trivia you can play while you are at home. You don’t have to be in the parks to do the trivia. The app recently added Mickey and Minnie’s Trivia Time at Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

I tried the game and it is really fun! When you answer a question it tells you a fun fact.

There are many other trivia games in all four theme parks that will definitely take you a while. You can tell if it is trivia if it has a question mark.

Hopefully Disney will keep adding fun activities for us to do at home!

You Can Learn How To Draw Mickey Mouse!

If you are stuck at home with nothing to do here is a quick activity everyone can try to do!

On the My Disney Experience app you can now learn how to draw Mickey Mouse!

When you open up the app scroll down on the home page until you see Artist Studio: How to Draw Mickey.

Then click learn more. This screen will apear.

Then click begin lesson. Now you are ready to recreate Mickey Mouse!

This is what he should look like when you are done.

I tried to recreate Mickey Mouse and this is how mine came out. I think he came out well.

I hope this helps you stay in the Disney spirit!

Chef Mickey’s Review

Chef Mickey’s is located in The Contemporary Resort. Back in August, I went to Chef Mickey’s for the first time.

The moneral is in the background!

Chef Mickey’s is a buffet. A buffet means that the chefs put out the food and you have to get it yourself.

I had macaroni and cheese, a croissant, and piece of turkey.

My food!

It was okay but not extraordinary or something so good that I would have seconds. My mom had macaroni and cheese, meatballs, green beans, a salad, and tater tots. She said it was okay.

My moms food!

My dad had shrimp, corn, tater tots, turkey, asparagus, beef, and olives. He thought it was good.

My dad’s food!

My brother had chicken tenders, tater tots, a hot dog, shrimp, and turkey. “It was good,” he said.

Al’s food!

Another thing that is really cool about Chef Mickey’s is that while you are eating Chef Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald all come to take pictures with you at your table.

Pluto!

They are all dressed up like chefs!

Donald!

Can you tell?

Goofy!
Minnie!
The star of the restaurant, Chef Mickey!

I give Chef Mickey’s two Mickey bars! We all agreed that the food was only okay. A pro to Chef Mickey’s though is that you get to see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald all dressed up. The people at Chef Mickey’s make sure you see all the characters before you finish your meal. A con is that we waited for an hour to get seated. When we complained the people that work at Chef Mickey’s gave us a FastPass+ to make up for the wait.

A Beginner’s Guide to Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration

Mickey Mouse turned 90 back in November and now you can celebrate with him from now until September 30, 2019.

From themed treats, where to meet Minnie and Mickey together in their celebration clothes, and more, we have a lot to talk about.

Goofy!

First, let’s talk about the Move It! Shake It! Mousekedance It! Street Party. This parade goes from the front of the park to Cinderella’s castle. The best part is getting to see the characters all dressed up.

Daisy Duck!

If you want to join in the dancing then you should go in front of Cinderella’s castle where the parade stops.

You can also get limited edition treats too! At Casey’s Corner you can get the Celebration Brownie. This is a brownie that tastes very fudgy. It’s really good!

Over at The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, you can get the Minnie Kitchen Sink. It has ice cream, whipped cream, and two cherries. You can also keep the “sink” that the ice cream comes in.

Okay! You can now see Mickey and Minnie TOGETHER in their celebration clothes at Town Square theater. So GO SEE THEM!!!

You can also get the Mickey Sipper Cup at Casey’s Corner.

The Mickey Sipper Cup.

I hope this guide is helpful!

Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away

R2D2 and C3P0!

Are you looking for a Star Wars show where you can see your favorite Star Wars characters up close? Well, look no further!

Darth Maul!

Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away is located in Hollywood Studios and is a show outside. Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away shows you scenes from different Star Wars movies.

Chewie!

Different characters from Star Wars walk up on the stage too such as C3PO, R2D2, Darth Maul, Chewbacca, Boba Fett, Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, First Order Stormtroopers, BB8, and Rey. (Rey was not yet in the show yet when I took the video down below.)

Boba Fett!

My favorite part of the show is when the different Star Wars characters go on the stage because it feels like you’re in Star Wars with them.

Darth Vader and Stormtroopers!

My advice is to go to the show very early because it gets crowded before the show when people are taking spots to stand. Do not be late for Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away or else you will end up in the back with a tall person in front of you. If you remember this advice you will enjoy the show!

Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma and First Order Stormtroopers!

Here are some additional pictures:

BB8 and Rey!
All together on stage!

A Beginner’s Guide to March of the First Order

March of the First Order is basically when the stormtroopers from Star Wars, led by Captain Phasma, march around Hollywood Studios.

During other parts of the day, I enjoy when the stormtroopers walk by and talk to you. They sometimes say things like, “There is no order without the First Order!”

While the stormtroopers and Captain Phasma walk by, scary First Order music plays. They march around several times a day.

I just found out that the March of the First Order is no longer going on at Hollywood Studios and the stormtroopers are being moved to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Below is a video of March of the First Order from one of our trips.

Special Edition Mickey Mouse Waffles!!!

First we spotted those too good to be true Limited Edition Mickey Mouse Goldfish. Well, we now recently spotted Special Edition Mickey Mouse Waffles!

Mickey Mouse Waffles!!!!

These aren’t your typical waffles!

These waffles have a picture of Mickey Mouse on them. Kind of like the ones at Disney World.

The back of the box.

Hopefully we will be able to find more Disney food!

Bo Peep is Coming to Toy Story Land Soon

Bo Peep is coming back in Toy Story 4.

Starting this summer, Bo Peep will do meet and greets with you in Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios and Pixar Pier in California Adventure. She’s even going to Disneyland Paris and the Disney Parks in Asia!

How exciting!

Toy Story 4 comes out on June 21, 2019. I do not know much about the movie, but I do know that Bo Peep has changed A LOT!!!
