While everyone has their favorite Disney World rides, what about the shows? I have a favorite show that I love to watch when I am in Hollywood Studios and would like to share it with you.
My favorite show in Hollywood Studios is Frozen Sing Along! Princess Anna is trying to find her sister Queen Elsa and to pass time the storytellers of Arendelle tell the story of Frozen. You will also get to sing along to songs from the movie Frozen.
My favorite part about this show is definitely the storytellers.
The storytellers tell a lot of jokes during the show and the jokes that they tell are not the same jokes every show.
Even if you are not a big Frozen fan, I would still recommend seeing this show because you might find the jokes funny.
On March 23, Roundup Rodeo BBQ finally opened in Toy Story Land!
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a new Toy Story themed restaurant. The coolest part is that at one point the Army men will tell you that there was an Andy sighting and everyone in the restaurant has to freeze until Andy passes by.
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is also backyard barbecue themed and the story is that Andy has cut and taped cardboard boxes together to make a rodeo arena.
Some of the dishes you can expect from the menu are a platter of house-smoked items which include Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs, Buttercup’s Beef Brisket, There’s a Sausage in my Boot-Fire-Grilled Pork Sausage, and BBQ Chicken-With Style. Trixie also has a plant based trio that has Combat Carloflower with Harissa Drizzle and Walnut Gremolata, Scrumptious Bratwurst, and Rip Roarin’ Rib Chop. Here is a link to the menu.
Izzy: What was your favorite new ride in Disney World?
Al: Guardian of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind because I like the songs that it picks and it is super smooth and a great ride on its own. I like roller coasters and if you like roller coasters it’s a great ride to do.
Izzy: Is Epcot still your favorite Disney World park?
Al: Yes, because I like the World Showcase and eating all the different food they have and also they have some great rides like Guardians of the Galaxy, Test Track and Spaceship Earth.
Izzy: Can you rank your top five favorite rides at Disney World?
Al: Oh yeah, that’s easy. #5 Dinosaur, #4 Pirates of the Caribbean, #3 Test Track, #2 Rise of the Resistance, #1 Guardians of the Galaxy.
Izzy: What is your favorite restaurant at Disney World?
Al: Definitely Teppan Edo because they cook the food in front of you and it is cool to see them do all those tricks in front of you. And I love their shrimp.
Izzy: Which park do you like better, Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom?
Al: Definitely Magic Kingdom. There are more rides and it is more of the original park. It is really cool to see the animals up close in Animal Kingdom, but they don’t have as many rides that I like.
Izzy: What is the best ride in Animal Kingdom?
Al: Dinosaur but I really like the Kilimanjaro Safari too.
Izzy: What is your favorite thing to watch on Disney+?
Al: That’s difficult. Probably The Mandalorian because it is so well done and everybody loves Grogu.
Izzy: When we went to Disney last year, we stayed at Boardwalk Villas, Bay Lake Tower, Saratoga Springs and The Riviera, which hotel was your favorite?
Al: Boardwalk Villas because you can walk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and when you leave the hotel you are on the boardwalk and there are lots of dining options nearby.
Izzy: Last year, we went to the pools at Bay Lake Tower, Saratoga Springs and The Riviera, which pool was your favorite?
Al: The Riviera, the slide at that pool was so good!
Izzy: Who is your favorite Marvel character?
Al: Still Spiderman.
Izzy: What is your favorite snack at Disney World?
Al: The Mickey pretzel is still my favorite.
Izzy: Last April we went to Universal Studios, what was your favorite ride?
Al: Hagrids because it is a smooth roller coaster with no bumps in it and I like how it goes around and you see different animals in the Harry Potter world, but I also like Spiderman a lot.
Today we will be talking about my favorite restaurant in every Disney World park.
Let’s start in Magic Kingdom. My favorite restaurant is Be Our Guest. At this restaurant, you get to eat at Beauty and the Beasts castle.
I really love how you feel like you are actually in Beauty and the Beasts castle.
In Epcot, my favorite restaurant is La Hacienda de San Angel in the Mexico pavilion. I went to this restaurant for the first time on my last trip to Disney World. I have not reviewed it yet, but I will.
You might be wondering, why do I like this restaurant better than San Angel Inn? The reason is because while San Angel Inn is very dark and it’s hard to see your food, La Hacienda de San Angel has a lot of natural light from outside. My favorite dish from San Angel Inn, Queso Fundido, is also at La Hacienda de San Angel.
At Hollywood Studios, my favorite restaurant is Hollywood and Vine. Here you will be able to meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Pluto for lunch and dinner. Hollywood and Vine has five different themed dining experiences. These include Silver Screen Dining, Springtime Dine, Summertime Dine, Halloween Dine, and Minnie’s Holiday Dine.
I think Hollywood and Vine is a great way to meet the characters at Disney World.
Finally, we have Animal Kingdom. My favorite restaurant is Yak and Yeti. This restaurant has delicious food and I also love how much detail was put into the way Yak and Yeti looks.
My favorite types of restaurants at Disney World are the ones where you have to come back a couple of times because of how much detail was put into it.
Now you know my favorite restaurants at Disney World!
It’s almost 2023 and that means that it is time to tell you everything new coming to Disney World in 2023!
The Hatbox Ghost will be coming to The Haunted Mansion. He is an animated character who holds his head in a hatbox.
Starting in 2023, Figment will be having his own meet and greet!
Tron Lightcycle / Run will be coming to Magic Kingdom in the spring of 2023. This ride has been under construction for a long time! I remember construction for this ride started in 2019! Tron Lightcycle / Run will take you on an epic adventure on a lightcycle. This ride was inspired by a similar ride in Shanghai Disneyland.
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana will be coming to Epcot in late 2023. Journey of Water will allow you to go on a self guided trail that will have water and “rock” formations. You will “learn about the importance of water”.
The Disney Enchantment Fireworks will be replaced with Happily Ever After Fireworks in 2023.
In Hollywood Studios, Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be opening in the spring of 2023. This restaurant will be the first one in Disney World that is Toy Story themed.
Harmonious will be replaced by a show that will be for Disney’s 100th anniversary.
That is everything coming to Disney World in the new year!
Today, I will be sharing with you my favorite ride in each Disney World park.
First, lets start off at Magic Kingdom! My favorite ride is Space Mountain.
Space Mountain is a roller coaster that is in the dark. I really enjoy this ride because I love roller coasters and on this one, you can not see the track in front of you, so it makes the ride full of suspense!
In Epcot, my favorite ride is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
This ride just opened on May 27, 2022. I have only ridden it a couple of times, but it has quickly become my favorite. The Guardians need your help in order to get the Cosmic Generator back. This is one of the largest fully-enclosed roller coasters in the world.
At Hollywood Studios, I love Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. On this ride, you will team up with the Resistance and fight against the First Order.
This ride is incredible! My mom does not like Star Wars and she enjoyed this ride. I would really recommend trying Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance because you really feel like you are in the ride.
Finally, we have Animal Kingdom. My favorite ride in Animal Kingdom is Avatar Flight of Passage.
On this ride, you will get to fly on the back of a banshee and discover Pandora. This is a really fun ride because it feels relaxing and you feel transported to another world.
These are my favorite rides! Now the real question is, what are your favorite rides in each Disney World park?
Hollywood and Vine is a restaurant located in Hollywood Studios where you get to meet Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Minnie Mouse, and Pluto for lunch and dinner. Something unique about this restaurant is how there are five different themed dining experiences. These include Silver Screen Dining, Springtime Dine, Summertime Dine, Halloween Dine, and Minnie’s Holiday Dine. We went to the Springtime Dine since we went to this restaurant in April.
Before you get your food, you are given bread and butter. The bread tasted fresh and it was really good with the butter.
We were also given the Chopped Salad Bowl. This salad has mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, cornbread croutons, and ranch dressing. (We asked for ours without dressing.)
I had the Macaroni and Cheese with Shrimp. That is Cavatapi Pasta, four cheese sauce, shrimp, bacon, and buttered Panko Crust with Fennel and Arugula. It was pretty good. My only problem with this dish is that I felt like the macaroni was a little too cheesy.
My dad had the Seared Fresh Salmon with Grain Mustard-Beurre Blanc. That is salmon with crushed potatoes and broccolini.
Al had the Seared Salmon with fresh fruit and French fries. He thought his meal tasted good.
My mom had the Carved Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast. That is mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green beans, turkey gravy, and cranberry orange relish. She really enjoyed her dish.
For dessert I had the No Sugar Added Cheesecake. Note: The No Sugar Added Cheesecake is no longer on the menu. I love cheesecake so I was a big fan of this dessert.
My dad and brother both had the No Sugar Added Lemon Sorbet. They found it very delicous!
My mom had the Lemon Cake with Fresh Strawberries. She told me it was very good.
I give Hollywood and Vine 5 Mickey Bars! It’s a great restaurant to go to see characters.
When you are in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, there are many things you have to try and one of them is trying blue milk!
There is a milk stand located in Galaxy’s Edge where you can get blue and green milk.
We also bought a Sprite. What is really cool about the container of the Sprite is that the name is written in Aurebesh, the Star Wars written language!
We bought the blue milk, not the green milk. (The blue milk and the green milk are the same flavor.) I was not sure what blue milk was going to taste like, but I actually really liked it. It has a fruit flavor to it.
If you are a Star Wars fan, then I would recommend trying Blue Milk in Galaxy’s Edge. It’s a once in a lifetime experience and when is the next time you are going to drink Blue Milk?
