Obi-Wan Kenobi Review

Obi-Wan Kenobi recently ended and I wanted to tell you what I thought about this show.

Before we start, I would like to warn you that this review CONTAINS SPOILERS for Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Obi-Wan Kenobi takes place ten years after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. Obi-Wan has been in Tatooine trying to forget about his past as a Jedi. This does not go according to plan for him. Ten year old Princess Leia has been kidnapped and Bail Organa begs Obi-Wan to save her. This will lead Obi-Wan to confront the past that has been haunting him.

This show was amazing! I love how we get to see Obi-Wan again and Darth Vader. My only problem with this show is that I felt like the final battle between Obi-Wan and Darth Vader was too similar to the battle between Ahsoka and Darth Vader in Star Wars Rebels. I would have enjoyed that battle more if it did not feel like something I have already seen.

Darth Vader also felt really evil in this show. I found it really crazy how he pulled the entire ship in one episode with just the force.

I liked seeing what Princess Leia was like as a kid. We got to see what her personality was like and see that even at a young age she wanted to help people.

I thought that Third Sister was an interesting villain because the entire time I wanted to know about her backstory. When we were told her backstory, I felt bad for her. The best types of villains are the ones that make you feel badly for them. I was also not expecting her to become good in the end of the show.

I give Obi-Wan Kenobi 5 Mickey Bars! Overall, this was a really good show that I looked forward to watching every week. My favorite part of the entire show was when Obi-Wan Kenobi met Luke Skywalker and said,”Hello there!” If you are a big Star Wars fan, then you will love this show.
